These classes are for the beginner or anyone looking to develop a strong and safe practice. Proper alignment, breath awareness, posture and relaxation are taught. Something new is introduced every week. The class will be $6 per class on a drop-in basis. Discounts are available for multiple class purchases. All class fees are payable directly to the instructor only. Please bring a mat, towel, water and an open mind. Please consult your physician before beginning any health regime

Zumba is a high-energy cardio fitness class done to Latin music. If this is your first time or you have done Zumba before, this is a fun and friendly way to get fit. The class will be $50 for a full 8 week payment, or $7 per class drop-in fee.
Family Disaster Safety and Planning

C.E.R.T (Community Emergency Response Team) member John Pasike will present disaster scenarios which families need to be prepared for. This class will help families to better prepare for several different types of emergencies, whether natural or man-made.
Apple Dish Competish

Do you want to put your best apple recipe to the test? Join others in the community as they fight to be the apple king or queen. Contestants need to bring 25 bite-sized pieces of their dish to be judged. The winner will receive a $25 gift card.
Patrons will be invited to taste the apple dishes and vote on their favorite. Participants must register to enter their apple dish, and/or judge. You must be 18 years-old, or older, to judge.
