Zumba is a high-energy cardio fitness class done to Latin music. If this is your first time or you have done Zumba before, this is a fun and friendly way to get fit. The class will be $6 per class drop-in fee (all fees to be paid directly to the instructor). Please consult your physician before beginning any health regime.

These classes are for the beginner or anyone looking to develop a strong and safe practice. Proper alignment, breath awareness, posture and relaxation are taught. Something new is introduced every week. The class will be $6 per class on a drop-in basis. Discounts are available for multiple class purchases. Natural Pet Care

Essential oils have been used very successfully on many different kinds of animals from kittens to 2,000 pound draft horses. Animals generally respond to essential oils in much the same way as their caretakers do. This workshop will offer general guidelines, as well as helpful tips on the use of essential oils when caring for your animals.

The movie Pay it Forward will be shown to promote Random Acts of Kindness Week. Made in 2000 and rated PG-13, Pay It Forward is based on the novel of the same name by Catherine Ryan Hyde. Bring your own snacks or pack a dinner and join us for the evening!
