Zumba is a high-energy cardio fitness class done to Latin music. If this is your first time or you have done Zumba before, this is a fun and friendly way to get fit. The class will be $70 for a full 14 weeks, or $6 per class drop-in fee (all fees to be paid directly to the instructor). PLEASE NOTE CLASS WILL NOT BE HELD ON Nov. 5. Please consult your physician before beginning any health regime.

These classes are for the beginner or anyone looking to develop a strong and safe practice. Proper alignment, breath awareness, posture and relaxation are taught. Something new is introduced every week. The class will be $6 per class on a drop-in basis. Discounts are available for multiple class purchases. American Red Cross Blood Drive

If you are at least 17 years old and in good health, you may be eligible to donate blood and save up to 3 lives with each donation. If you have not donated in at least 8 weeks, please call us at 248-627-1462 to make an appointment for our blood drive.
Apocalypse Warhammer 40K Battle Fundraiser
Thursday, December 26, 10 am – 7:00 pm
This will be a 2500 point battle with a 1500 point upgrade allowance. There will be prizes raffled off and other surprises. Forge World models are welcome. If you donate blood, or attempt to and are disqualified, you will receive 10 free raffle tickets!

Topics include: basic phone navigation, purchasing apps, battery optimization, maintaining your phone, and Google maps, navigation, & mail.
